If you would like to request a refund for a conference ticket at Middlesbrough Front End Conference, you can do this in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase and is subject to a 25% administration fee.
Please note: Cancelations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable, however, substitutions/transfers can be made (free of charge) up to 10 working days before the event opens. No shows are non-refundable.
